Lithuanian quality in Sweden: INHUS has built around 900 apartments in the Munksjön district

Design-build construction company INHUS continues its long-term operations in Sweden. The company has just completed another residential project in the Munksjön district of Jönköping, building 197 apartments.

INHUS began work in the Munksjön district back in 2018 and has consistently contributed to the development of this part of the city. Over seven years, the company has implemented several phases of the district and has built around 900 apartments, managing all stages of the process – from design to production and installation.

“Our goal is not only to deliver projects on time and with high quality, but also to build reliable, long-term relationships. Our collaboration with Tosito and Projektsamverkan i Jönköping AB reflects this perfectly. The continuity and scale of the project show that we are valued as a trusted partner in the Scandinavian market,” – said Arūnas Gylys, INHUS Export manager.

About the project:

The Munksjön district in Jönköping is a conversion project of a former industrial area, transforming it into a modern urban space with residential buildings, public spaces, and commercial infrastructure.

One of the newest stages of the district – the Arket project – includes the construction of 197 apartments. The project emphasizes sustainability and resident comfort, meets the Miljöbyggnad Silver standard, and incorporates energy-efficient technologies.
