INHUS has successfully completed the installation of The Kellstone, a seven-story office building in Leeds delivered for Vastint UK as part of the expanding Aire Park development. This marks the third commercial building INHUS has supplied for the client, reinforcing a strong and ongoing partnership in the UK market.
INHUS was responsible for the full design-build superstructure, manufacturing all key components – including brick facades with final finishes and pre-installed windows – at its factory in Vilnius, Lithuania. Delivered ready to install, these elements significantly sped up assembly on site.
This off-site construction approach reduced the overall project timeline by around four months compared to traditional methods, while also minimizing waste and enhancing quality control.
Part of a Bigger Vision for Leeds
Located next to Leeds train station, The Kellstone serves as a gateway to Aire Park and the wider South Bank area. The building offers 75,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, along with nearly 7,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail and leisure space.
Designed by Cartwright Pickard, it features floor-to-ceiling windows, a rooftop terrace, and nearby green spaces. The building’s curved shape and green glazed brick at street level tie it closely to the surrounding public realm. Sustainability and occupant wellbeing are central to the design, targeting both BREEAM Excellent and WELL certification.
Growing INHUS’s presence in the UK
With three major buildings completed at Aire Park, INHUS continues to expand its footprint in the UK construction market. This project highlights the company’s expertise in off-site construction and design-build delivery, offering faster, cleaner, and higher-quality building solutions.
